Hi!!

So who am I? I am the youngest of three children and a first generation American. It is my first year at De Anza and I plan on transferring for Business Economics. Although it seems like school occupies a majority of my life, I make time to hangout with friends and try out new hobbies to keep my sanity.

One of my greatest passions is to assist and help others. Outside of De Anza, I have served in my Church parish as a youth group leader, as well as a volunteer. I also currently work in retail, so it is non-stop answering questions, and overall servicing customers. I mainly decided to run during this election is because I think it is a great opportunity to not only serve my peers, but to voice your opinions to enact change in our school.

To say that I am elated to be considered for De Anza Student Government's Chair of Student Services and Feedback is an understatement.

Final Thoughts

As my first year at De Anza was winding down, I felt like I could be more present for my community and student body. It is with this that I decided to run for DASG Chair of Student Services and Feedback. Reflecting on my last 3 quarters, I wish I was informed about all of the clubs and programs we have. If students are constantly being informed, we could improve participation in our meetings, and events; which would grow our community closer together. As previously stated, my goals are to inform you, build inclusivity, and create a lasting impact. I believe that these 3 goals encompass the idea of Student Government and I would be honored if you elected me to represent you. Thank you for taking out the time to check out my campaign <3
